Advantech, the global leading ePlatform service provider, is pleased to introduce a compact, yet high-performanceembedded computer, the ARK-6310-6M01E. Featuring an Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor and the Intel® 965GME chipset on an integrated Mini-ITX motherboard, this fanless design operates silently and works reliably in harsh environments. The compact, rugged industrial system is a powerful, all-in-one embedded box PC with great expansion capability, and is especially suitable for industrial automation, kiosk/POI, digital signage (DSA), gaming, and other embedded applications.

Shortly after the launch of the ARK-6000 Compact Embedded Computer series, Advantech extended its family of dual core industrial computers with this new member. The ARK-6310-6M01E continues the well-known ARK-6000 series design principles of high modularity, flexibility and compactness.

High Performance Computing Systems
The ARK-6310-6M01E comes with a high-performance Intel® Core™ 2 Duo 1.06 GHz processor on the motherboard. The Intel® 965GME Express chipset features an onboard Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, and delivers dedicated, high-quality 3D/video/graphics to fulfill application requirements.

Compact Size & I/O interface
With all electronics well-protected in a rugged, cold-rolled steel housing only 232 x 65 x 232 mm in size, the ARK-6310-6M01E performs flawlessly in the harshest environments. The all-in-one embedded computer features rich I/O connections, including two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports, DVI, VGA, and PS/2. It supports various Microsoft operating systems including Windows® 2000, Windows® XP, and Windows® XP Embedded (XPe).

Rugged Storage interface
The cushioned anti-vibration design secures one 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD with maximum reliability. Also, the user-friendly bottom cover makes it easy to access the CompactFlash socketin the back of the embedded motherboard.
