Our customer service keeps you informed of the status of your order. You have the choice to have your order delivered or to collect it yourself. Collections can be done from our warehouse in Mechelen (Generaal De Wittelaan 7 - 2800 Mechelen). You are welcome from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Is your device defective and still under warranty or has your device failed after the warranty period but you still want to have it repaired? Log in to the RMA portal and we will provide you with a number with which you can send in your goods. Our RMA service will keep you informed of your repair.
Is there a problem with your delivery? Were the wrong goods delivered, were goods damaged during transport, does the appliance not work? Then you can always return your goods! How? Very simply! Fill in the return request below a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods, and we will provide you with a number with which you can return the goods to our warehouse. We will then do what is needed for correct handling.
