Deliver & pick up

Our customer service keeps you informed of the status of your order. You can choose for delivery or pick up. You can pick up at our warehouse in Mechelen (Generaal De Wittelaan 7 - 2800 Mechelen). We are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm.



Return & exchange

Is there a problem with your delivery? Were wrong goods delivered, were the goods damaged during transport, the device does not work? Then you can always return your goods! How? Very simple! Complete the return request below within 14 days after receipt of the goods and we will send you a number with which you can return the goods to our warehouse. We will then do the necessary for proper processing.

Is your device defective and still under warranty or is your device broken after the warranty period but do you wish to have it repaired? Fill in the RMA form below and we will send you a number with which you can return your goods. Our RMA service keeps you informed of your repair.
