Business Expansion Specialist

Microtron is a dynamic company with a close-knit and stable team, specializing in industrial computer solutions with a customer focus. We distribute industrial computers and electronic components from various renowned brands. We are active throughout the Benelux with a focus on markets such as Industrial Automation, Defense & Security, Agriculture, Transport & Logistics. To strengthen our team in the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Expansion Specialist.

What Will You Do as a Business Expansion Specialist?

In this role, you are responsible for expanding our business and strengthening existing customer relationships in the Netherlands.

• Developing new business
  You will proactively search for new customers and interesting projects. Thanks to your professional knowledge of our products and services, you know how to perfectly respond to their needs.
• Building relationships
  Through your personal approach, you build strong and lasting relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Conducting commercial conversations
  You are a convincing conversation partner who can negotiate at different levels. You listen to the customer’s wishes and translate them into solutions that truly make a difference.
• Customer management
  In addition to seeking new business, you ensure that you have a good relationship with all customers. Regular contact and personal attention are central to this.

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s level of work and thinking
• You have initial work experience in a commercial role
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English is a must. Knowledge of French and German is a plus.
• Affinity with our sector and products is an advantage.
• You are a natural communicator and can build relationships in a personal and professional manner. You can negotiate at the highest level across different tiers
• You have a flexible mindset and are always looking for new opportunities and possibilities.
