We are active throughout the Benelux with a focus on markets such as Industrial Automation, Defense & Security, Agriculture, Transport & Logistics. To strengthen our team in the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer

What Will You Do?

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you play a crucial role in our sales team. A selection of your tasks:

• Quotes and orders: You prepare quotes and process orders in our DAVE system.
• Technical advice: You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with tailored advice via phone and email. When necessary, you visit the customer on-site for additional support.
• Order follow-up: You keep customers informed about delivery times and ensure clear and timely communication.
• Complaint handling: You listen to the customer, discuss problems and work together on the best solution.
