Rugged Scanners

With the rugged scanners series, Zebra gives a new dimension to the word 'scanning' on all levels! The ultra-robust scanners work in the most challenging environments. They can read barcodes from incredibly long distances, through wrapping foils or in some cases even decode damaged barcodes. The battery capacity of the wireless versions allows users to work smoothly through their entire shift. The docking station has a locking function so that the scanners can be placed vertically against a wall or on a forklift without docking issues. The extensive choice of scanners allows you to choose one that perfectly suits your needs. The LI range offers scanning options in the 1D standard range up to 1.5m and in the extended range from 5.1cm to 17.1m. The DS range can read both 1D and 2D barcodes and is also available in standard and extended versions. The DS range also has a specific HD scan engine version for high density barcodes that are barely visible to the naked eye and also reads printed 1D/2D barcodes. Within the DS range, you will also find scanners specially developed to read Direct Part Marking. DPM codes on any surface, of any size and with any contrast can be read.

The wireless version of these rugged scanners can be used without problems in freezing temperatures down to -20°C, and, if necessary, you can use the wired version in conditions down to -30°C.
